The role of the Internal Communications Business Partner is to drive best practice and employee engagement across the china country via robust frameworks, vehicles, projects and through embedding the SE corp. Vision, Brand and Strategy.

1, Contribute to the elaboration of Internal Marketing Communication plan

? Support IMC manager in managing the communication function for a China

? Assist the IMC manager in any requested action.

? Understand social media, electronic communication platforms and possess the ability to build relationships and work effectively across levels and business segments.

? Work with managers and employees on specific communication projects and activities.

? Bring support on a specific area of expertise (tools and/or processes).

? Support tools design and follows-up their performance.

2, Implement IMC Plan and follow-up:

? Co-ordinate the communication process for specific deliverables and communication channels.

? Work with stakeholders to create effective communication collateral and to align to appropriate audience and communication channel.

? Incorporate key messaging in existing communication assets.

? Contribute to global or local communication projects as needed.

? Help streamline communication vehicles and processes for efficient delivery of messages and overall strategy.

? Monitor communication plan execution and measure its effectiveness to ensure a self-correcting communication process.

3, Produce Internal Publications:

? Create content and delivery (including writing, speaking presentation, videos and content for enterprise events.

? Executive communications for the Management team on a needs basis including speech and PowerPoint deck development.

? When necessary, write employee and/or strategic communications for the entity team and stakeholders in the business.

Desired Skills and Experience

· Minimum 5-8 years of experiencein Corporate Communication or Internal Communication within a vastInternational Organization.
· Strong communication andwriting skills both in English and Chinese
· Content planning, productionand evaluation
· Strong written skill both inediting and creative copy
· Creative thinker and problemsolver
· Team player with ability tomanage own workload
· Education: Communication or Public Relations is preferred
· Languages: English is a must, TEM6-8 is preferred
