职位描述：
Responsibilities:
In charge product development for metal product
Transfer customer's requirement to concept design, led mechanical team to finish detail design
Collaborated with the internal product development/sourcing team on material selection, manufacturing feasibility review
Researched and designed innovative structure for new project and improved performance/cost ratio for old project
Communicate with global product development team
Working with the vendors, Support production with trouble shooting, failure analysis and DOE
Prepare design information or document, such as ESD, DFM, DFMEA, PFMEA and ECO. Also create and maintain separate part in BOM.
Work with industrial designer to generates aesthetic product design concepts and develop new product
Arrange preparation work before put in new product and follow-up in the trial produce on line
Design product to meet specification/ requirement, complete in time, meet the target cost and meet the safety standard

Requirement:
Bachelor degree major in mechanical engineering
More than 5 year mechanical design experience in metal product or mechanical equipment product.
Product development experience in metal furniture industry will be prefered
Be good at communication
Stable ,team player
Proficient in English reading and writing, can communicate for working English. 举报 分享
