Job Description:
Responsible for overall HR functions, provides support in all aspects of HR functions，including:
· staffing according to business needs
· Providing the right solution to people's development based on business needs
· Developing and managing competitive C&B strategy and programs in the industry
· Improving and conducting effective employee communications programs
· Advising and assisting line managers and employees on HR issues;
· Continuous improvement focused

Requirements：
·5 years above HR MNC experience，at least 2 years Professional HRM experience,
·Bachelor, mechanical, engineering major preferred.
·Good interpersonal skills and management skills.
