职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、Preparation of tender specifications and tender documents.Supervision and definition of measurement, control and control system concepts.
2、Implementation of measurement-, control- and control-engineering concepts.
3、Continuously optimization of the existing control systems concerning reliability and efficiency by doing new or changing the programming of the existing systems
4、Optimization and monitoring of costs and deadlines.
5、Acceptance of special tasks

任职要求：
1、Age 35-55, bachelor degree or above in relevant areas (Electrical Engineering /Control Systems or equivalent) and openness for adjacent technical areas.
2、Some years in experience as maintenance manager or project engineer
3、Good management skills, safety drive, communicator and team player.
4、Structured, analytical and practical. Proficient in plant maintenance management tools and systems (e.g. Total Productive Maintenance)
5、Good communication skills, fluency in English (best also in German) and ability to interact with all levels on site.
