In order to deliver a first-class service to our clients, we need first-class support internally. Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organisation on a par with many of our external clients.

Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Manage all internal courier services
  • Ensure all couriers report to the designated location for registration.
  • Assist on the reports of the mailroom operations status and any process improvements
  • Ensure the effective distribution of all incoming mail
  • Maintain records of all couriers and incoming and outgoing mails
  • Provide assistance and guidance to internal business units and offices of site on the effective methods of mail distribution and organization
  • Receive internal inquiry and phone calls
  • 提供内部单据、邮件分拣、收发管理工作。
  • 统计录入相关的邮件信息
  • 协助提供邮件收发室运作情况报告
  • 及时有效地将中英文邮件传递至相关部门
  • 定期维护邮件收发记录
  • 与各部门配合提高收发效率及有效管理,并与客户建立良好关系
  • 妥善处理公司内部的需求和查询电话

Requirements:

  • College degree or above
  • 1 to 2 years mail room or similar working experience;
  • Strong communication skills with basic English and good Chinese language skills;
  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
  • Good sense of responsibility and commitment;
  • Friendly, cheerful and diligent.
  • 专科及以上学历
  • 1-2年收发室或快递相关经验
  • 良好的沟通能力,简单英语会话
  • 具备较强的服务意识和亲和力,能服从公司的工作安排
  • 良好的应变能力,工作认真细心,责任心强
