职位描述：
Responsibilities

? To implement PM activities and equipment trouble shooting.
? Conduct equipment operation and switch over.
? To collect machine breakdown information, analysis and improvement.
? Follow company policy, 5S/Safety regulations.
? Implementing emergency response
? Cooperate with engineer to complete daily maintenance work and all tasks sent from supervisor.
? 负责PM活动和设备故障处理。
? 进行设备操作和切换。
? 收集机器故障信息并分析和改进。
? 遵循公司政策,5 s 安全条例。
? 实施应急响应，配合工程师完成日常维护工作,负责主管制指派的任务。

Qualifications

? electrical/mechanical/HVAC/Water treatment background.
? Three years or above experience in Facility maintenance and operation.


? 电气/机械/暖通/水处理背景。
? 三年以上设备维护和操作经验。


Required Skills

? Familiar with the operation principle of chiller, compressor ,electrical, water treatment and firefighting system.
? Familiar with substation equipment and owned 高压电工操作证，入网证 is preferred.
? Computer: Excel, Word, power point.
? Basic skill on repair mechanical components.


? 熟悉机组的工作原理,压缩机、电、水处理和消防系统。
? 熟悉变电站设备，有高压电工操作证，入网证优先。
? 熟练操作电脑办公软件
