Job Description:

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain a sound financial system to ensure an accurate, timely and complete financial report and analysis
• Support the Management by making the annual and monthly budget
• Responsible for general ledger, sub ledger, transferring and booking.
• Interact with banks, auditors, tax authorities and other government authorities
• Provide strong administrative support for other team members and their research or event projects
• Contribute to financial and accounting sector report
• Work with other CBBC regional offices on cross office activities
• Office daily administrative management
• To handle all office administration work;
• To make travel and meeting arrangement for staffs and visitors;
• To assist the Office Manager's daily secretary work;
• Receptionist work;
• The job holder will report to CBBC's office manager for Shenzhen.

Specific requirements for the role are as follows:

• Diploma holder, major in accounting or administration;
• At least 2 years working experience in account or administration;
• Good command of both written and spoken English;
• Skillful in Microsoft Office;
• Capable of assuming Office Admin Assistant role
