职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for the purchasing result for the families at BGASIA level;
? Create and maintain the MOVE plan for the purchasing families, requesting;
support of Local Buyers for the implementation at local plant;
? Prepare the Purchasing strategy, to be approved by the Head of Purchasing Asia;
? Set-up the panel of strategic suppliers, in a reduced number, based on Purchasing
Marketing and Global Sourcing;
? Approve supplier change request from plant buyer to align with strategy;
? Approve price increase request from all plants;
? Scan the Market to find low cost suppliers;
? Achieve maximum saving using, as an example but not limited to, pooling of demand,
extended knowledge of the relevant products and processes, detailed cost analysis;
? Support the Local and Project Purchasing teams;
? Specifications watchdog and of approved alternative sources, promotion of material
standardization

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering or program management
? At least 5 year experience in the same function to have developed the required knowledge & skills with the automotive industry. Working in a matrix organization with a multi-national company would be advantageous.
? Profound knowledge of PC applications, especially Lotus Notes, MS-Powerpoint and MS-Project and MS Excel.
? Good leadership and communication skills at all levels
? Quick learning ability, team spirit, negotiating, target-oriented in timely

Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.supports the businesses of other plants in Asia in sales, technology, purchasing, finance and so on. Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China and other areas of Asia. At moment, Autoneum have three wholly owned plants in Chongqing, Taicang and Shenyang, as well as two JVs in Guangzhou and Tianjin.
