职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, and the following up communication with the candidate before onboarding.
2. To work with the staffing team and establish an effective talent pool.
3. To work with the staffing team on talent mapping for the target companies and enlarge our talent pool.
4. To file and update the employees’ personal documents and make it consistent with the reality.
5. Other assignments such as facilitating the meeting, generating report for data analysis, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. 1-3 years’ experience in staffing function, and previous experience as Researcher in headhunting company is highly preferred.
4. Good user on Excel and Power point;
5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skill;
6. Open-minded team player and flexible to change;
