Daily Tasks
1. Health-related Task
? Measure temperature and blood pressure and keep the daily record
? Maintain staff medical record
? Provide first aid and medical support to the site
? Review and archive new employee physical checkup report
? Maintain AED tool kit (weekly checkup)
? Conduct regular checkup of first-aid boxes across the site
? Support Corp HSE to conduct health-related jobs
2. Health-related Task
? Actively provide HSE guidance, technical support and coordinate activities and processes across the site.
? Integrate HSE processes, procedures, and practices into daily operations.
? Serve as a functional HSE expert and support assigned departments or functions within the site including providing support on HSE programs and ensuring full and on-going compliance with applicable regulatory and Honeywell requirements.
? Work with Corp HSE staff and other departments to maintain compliance with applicable state and local regulations, as well as Honeywell’s internal policies and procedures.
? Support incident investigations; determine root cause; develop corrective actions; work closely with management team to assure implementation of corrective actions; and conduct closure verification activities
? Participate in HSE inspections, self-audits and risk assessments and drive corrective action closure.
? Lead emergency response plan development, training and implementation
? Coordinate and execute HSE program implementation
Qualifications
? Proficiency in Windows, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
? Good team work
? Good communication skills in English and Chinese
? Capable of handling multiple tasks
? Experienced in HSE-related jobs preferred
? Experienced in clinic job with MNC preferred
? Experienced in 14000, 18000 preferred
