职位描述：
Responsibility:
Fully Responsible for AP and Inter-Co transactions and closing for APAC companies. Main scope is as follows,
 - Doube check the expense report and ensure it’s reasonable, integrity and agreed with each other
 - Prepare and book monthly Payable entries
 - Issue Debit Note/Credit Note to Inter-Co
 - Work with cashier to follow up payment and prepare monthly payment planning
 - Check Inter-Co transactions and balance on monthly basis and ensure the accuracy of the records
 - Review and analyze AP accounts and reconcile between General Ledger and sub-ledger
 - Match payment records in accounting system
 - Resposible for monthly/yearly closing for AP & Inter-co module
 - Perform bank reconciliation on monthly basis
 - Cash flow reporting monthly/forecast/budget
 - Carry out effective communication with local Finance team to understand background, clarify confusion, and coordinate to manage AP process

Requirements:
 - College degree or above in finance, accounting or related
 - 6+ years accounting experience and minimum 3 years AP working experience in cross regional Finance Share Service Center
 - Proficient in MS-Office software especially EXCEL, and knowledge of accounting software SAP
 - Fluent English both verbal and writing with sound communication skills
 - Accoutable, integrity and have passion on work
 - A good team-player, strong organizational skills required handling effectiveness at month-end / year-end closing
