Job Description
Achieve the monthly and annual sales targets through expanding the project pipeline, developing new channel and implement customer relationship strategies also position IR as the preferred hardware solution provider in local area. Also, generate leads for other related IR security products to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets
Job Responsibility
Complete monthly and annual sales target
Introduce IR Product Portfolio to high-level contacts, ie owners, architects, consultants, system integrators decision makers in relation to specific projects
Establish distributor network on hardware solution
Provide overall support to distributors, including training about products and sales
Drive Spec-in works of IR solutions, provide regular sales forecast
Execute cross-function projects through collaborating with other electronic products sales.
Develop new key accounts
Prepare monthly and annual forecasts and projections for existing and potential business for management review
Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder preferred in Engineering, Industrial & Civilian Construction, architectonics or related disciplines.
At least 3 years sales experience in the field of in related building construction or building material industry. Design institute experiences are also preferred.
Self-motivated, self-discipline, team-player, can work under pressure
Aggressive, Good listener, Result driven
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Read and Written English required.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office
Good Presentation skills.
Willing to travel frequently
