Make the channel strategy for building products to generate growth
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position. 请列举其岗位主要工作职责。
1) Lead to make channel strategy for Building BU products including security, building automation, etc
2) Define segment focus for related products in different market level;
3) Closely work with national sales to ensure the channel strategy successful implementation
4) Review with channel BD about the distributor performance & business behavior
5) Support on segment study and potential M&A project within Building BU

SPECIFIC ISSUE: Such as work base, frequency of traveling, etc.

Travel: 20% of the working time
