Mission:
The Customer Retention Specialist (Associate) is responsible for coordinating and implementing communication projects and customer retention campaigns. These campaigns, which generate the highest return on investment in the company, are primarily targeted to the installed base of customers. Regional execution includes email campaign management in support of customer acquisition, retention and event attendance. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedues within marketing. To be successful, they must work effectively with world-class teams and perform various tasks that lead to the implementation email campaigns

Key Responsibilities:
·30% Implement email campaigns
·30% Assist with performance reports for email campaigns
·15% Work with WW Circulation Manager to develop list segmentaion and key codes
·15% Perform email programming for marketing automation campaigns and dynamic messaging
·10% Update marketing costs
·Provide input for process improvements
·Develop new best practice methods for executing email marketing activities
·Liase with program, event and e-commerce teams to optimize direct marketing activities
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related degree
Experience:
2 years experience in the email marketing or interactive marketing industry desired.
Advanced knowledge of HTML (email a major plus) and/or quality assurance for interactive campaigns.
Solid knowledge of HTML (hand code only, no WYSIWYG editors), JavaScript, CSS
Solid knowledge of cross-browser and email environments (Firefox, IE, Netscape, AOL)
