Client Background:
Our client is a multinational leading company in logistic industry with head office in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor team member's performance and operation process; balance the workload, in order to strive for operation excellence
2. Handle key client daily operation, communicate with head office and Hong Kong side, chase cargo status, solve operational problem, in order to meet client's needs
Coach the team members on daily job; make them fully understand the operation procedure in
3. Order to meet zero defect operation failure.
4. Co-ordinate personnel and training activities of the sales and support teams.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. More than 10 years operation working experience in forwarding/logistics industry, at least 5 years working experience as team leader.
3. Fluent English.
