职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Need to learn and use common maintenance system to develop, analyze, audit and maintain reports, graphs and indices of all maintenance activity data.
2. Provide support and coordination of the common maintenance system to the site, reconciling data entry errors, training new employees and issuing new procedures as updates are made to the system.
3. Provide metrology coordination and management to the site, issuing monthly report and labels updating metrology list and training new employees.
4. Provide cost tracking, including Maintenance &Repair purchase ordering & weekly spending tracking & report, utility bill ordering.
5. Provide procedures management, monitoring controlled documents, maintaining current all plant engineering procedures.
6. Provide administrative support, daily administrative work, DataBase maintaining and other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge and Skills required:
1. Bachelor or above in major of computer specialty, administrative managing or equivalents.
2. Three years or more experience of maintenance system coordination in foreign engineering or manufacturing enterprise is preferred.
3. Mastering of forefront maintenance system knowledge is preferred.
4. Qualified communication, coordination and promotion skill as well as planning, scheduling & executing ability
5. Be good, honest, fair & impartial, loyal, accurate and respectful；
6. Moderate documentation written ability, familiar with multiple MS Office software.
7. Moderate reading, oral and written ability in English. 举报 分享
