欧美小家电Global Sourcing Office因业务需要新招Category Leader - Metal, 主要focus在供应商选择这块，服务于集团所有工厂。下面不带人，向上直接汇报给Purchasing Director(老外)

STRATEGY
Market intelligence :
? Search new suppliers in various areas, investigate Low Cost Countries, pre-select them in order to optimize purchasing terms
? Get information regarding product and technology innovations coming from suppliers, share strategic orientations with various functions within the Group
Purchasing strategy :
? Define Purchasing strategies per families, analyze external market and offers, take into account industrial needs from all sites, specify cooperation levels to implement with suppliers
? Manage Lead buyers at continental level per families, coach them and validate Purchasing strategies per families at continental level
Suppliers strategy :
? Define and optimize Suppliers Panel on a regular basis, select a restricted numbers of suppliers with the best total cost competitiveness, right industrial knowledge and appropriate financial solidity
? Define targeted site market shares within Suppliers Panel according to the strategies

ENGAGEMENT
Contract management :
? Negotiate and formalize Purchasing contracts with Panel suppliers, define market shares between sites, define major objectives to reach with suppliers
? Monitor RFQ process for some specific and key issues
? Get significant and regular savings in terms of Total Cost : Price, Quality, Lead time, for new and current business
? Negotiate business according to budget outputs

PERFORMANCE MONITORING
Suppliers performance :
? Conduct Supplier evaluations and Performance reviews with key suppliers, negotiate continuous improvement plans for all purchasing terms 举报 分享
