Reports to: Project Finance Manager
Responsible for: N/A

PURPOSE OF THE JOB (Summarize the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organization)
Enforce cost control on project execution to ensure profitability.

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES (Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position)
Work with project manager to provide finance control support:
·Define cost elements for project execution, and do forecast for expenditure;
·Provide actual cost analysis, and highlight risks with budget;
·Leading project review for cost control and risk assessment;
·Focus on project profitability analysis and identify risks and opportunities.
·Cash flow analysis and push for cash collection;
·Support/advise for project financial flow;
·Ad hoc tasks;

Location: Beijing HQ
Travel frequency: Few
Workload: Average, project based

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Basic: 4-years University

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Basic: >4 years finance team experience in multi-national entity, understanding full P/L view,
>with 1 years Project control experience on long term project management;

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Such as age, language, computer skills, etc.
- Good team player with integrity;
- Self-motivated with high sense of responsibility.
- Customer oriented and results driven.
- Strong communication skills.
