PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Work with cross functions to develop maintain and continue improve the processes for PEC to drive project execution excellence to meet business target internally and delivery our quality assurance to the customers externally.
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work with project team and other functions to develop and continue improve processes on projects execution through lesson learned and risk management
2. Lead on processes and tools standardization and simplification cross segments and regions
3. Conduct Comprehensive training including QMS and tools
4. Drive the process implementation rigor by setting up a rhythm of auditing with the related people of each functions
5. PMO will remain an external focus to ensure project process remain on par or exceed industry standards through affiliations with institute such as PMI
6. Initiate and organize activities such as the workout as necessary to streamline the process with different team to address the issues on execution purpose
7. Regularly report out the process quality issues with the leadership team
8. Take lead on some critical quality issue resolutions on the project executions by setting up some review mechanism.

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree major in mechanical, electronic or electricity
Prefer to have at least 3 years site project management experience
Black Belt on Six sigma certified is preferred
PMI certified
Fluent in English
