duties and responsibilities:
1. Increase the business volume with the defined machine building customers.
2. Analyze the Key Accounts according to the development of the business relationship, the market share, potential, turnover situation to make the portray of figures and deviations in the monthly report required by branch manager.
3. Develop and follow up plans and actions for the individual Key Accounts and their units in cooperation with the Area Sales Managers in accordance with the strategy. Develop corrective actions
4. Define the strategy of relevant products localization with PM together.
5. Gather information to support the market intelligence of the Key Accounts in accordance to the information system established by the International KA Management in Interface
6. Collaborate with the Market Department for the planning of adequate promotional activities and materials
7. Communicate very closely with the Area sale Managers to agree on the activities that have to do with Key Accounts, give the direction according to the defined policy, and follow up the activities & sales
8. Keep a good relationship with the customers and propose new business
9. Discuss and agree on the short and middle term activities with the Area Sales Managers and the Project Team
10. Others activities request from industry manager
qualifications:
1. education background:
College or above degree, major in engineering
2. working experience:
at least 5 years experience in similar work, two years experience in senior /supervisor
3. language and computer skills:
Excellent English, especially spoken and written abilities
4. other requirements: (such as specific personality, physical requirements, business trip requirements, etc.)
Honest , sincere, mature, wise and confident
Business trip in area is required.
