Department: EU EA Digilink LifeSpace
Report to (superior): Channel Business Development Section Manager
Responsible for (subordinate): East Area Manager
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Summarize the purpose of this position to access its expected contribution to results of the organization.
• Responsible for Digilink channel business development in Jiangsu and Anhui province
• Achieve sales target and control sales expenses
• Coach and develop reseller network
• Seek for new opportunity for sales
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Explain the permanent objectives to be achieved by the position
1. Achieve sales target, conduct sales forecasting and planning
2. Plan and manage all sales activities
3. Enhance digilink market share in Jiangsu and Anhui province
4. Develop and manage sales channels, establish a competent distribution network and continuously improve it
5. Rich experience on cabling field.
6. Good coordination with distributor and reseller.
7. Good communication with internal and external
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Compulsory: Bachelor above degree of commercial related (major) of university.
Ideal: degree of (major) of university.
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
* Compulsory: above 3 year as sales in Cabling field
* Ideal background: year as companies.
OTHER REQUIREMENT: such as age, sex, language, computer skills, etc.
Age: 25-35
Language: Chinese / English computer: Good
Other Requirements: Passionate, quick work tempo, strong commitment
Independent driver for business strategy
Strong leadership ability
