Headquartered in USA, with over 100 history, our client is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of a diverse array of electronic components, sensors and actuators. It’s Guangdong factory mainly produces automotive electronic components, such as variable resistors, DIP switch, automotive sensors, electronic controllers.

Report to: General Manager
Job Summary 职位概述:
Quality sytem Maintenance and promotion; Driving for continuous improvement on bottleneck areas identified in Automotive operation in systematic way; Handle customer situation to enhance customer satisfaction; Identify customer / regulatory / goverment requirements and develop in Automotive opeartion in process approach.
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Quality System Miantenance & Promotion. (10%)
2. Quality Control and Assurance. (20%)
3. Driving for continuous improvement. (20%)
4. Identify customer / regulatory / government requirements and develop into Automotive operation. (20%)
5. Enhance customer satisfaction. (20%)
6. New project launch. (10%)
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering, Mechanical, Quality or similar.
2. Minimum 8 years' experience in the Quality Engineering / Assurance field, with 2 years in management capacity.
3. At least 3 years' experience in automotive industry as QA.
4. In-depth knowledge about quality standards, methods and tools, certified Quality Manager preferred.
5. Formal training in ISO Lead Auditor an advantage.
6. Good knowledge in Quality Systems and Quality Control.
7. Know-how of ISO TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, PPAP, APQP & CP, FMEA, SPC and MSA etc.
8. Familiar with production control, productivity systems and continuous improvement like kaizen, 6 sigma etc.
9. Familiar with all release process and documentations OTS, PPAP, ISIR, etc. of Volkswagen and other OEM`s.
10. Improve Quality control and quality checkpoints in the current production line.
11. Analyze, set up and improve quality KPI`s-ppm, official/unofficial complaints etc.
12. Set up relation with customer quality department and take charge of audit external and internal.
13. Internal coordination, communication-finding of potential quality risks etc.
14. Fluent oral and written English.
