职位描述：
（1）店铺开发
年度开店计划制定与参与，与相关部门制定年度开店区域及数据；
（2）新开店准备
1.开业前的准备工作计划流程制定，定期更新情况表；
2.进行开业前意向书的谈判与签订，进行证照办理；
3.跟进新店开业前相关准备的进度，如保险购买、店铺装修等；
4.与内部部门以及外部客户协调沟通
（3）客情维护
目标店客情的建立与维护，进行定期拜访和联络，定期进行会议及书面报告；
