PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Senior Software Development Engineer for REM will be responsible for development and delivery of the next generation Cloud-based Remote Energy Management platform in Schneider China.

OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Participate in software architecture definition of the cloud-based REM platform.
· Responsible for requirement analysis, software design, implementation and unit test, with cloud computing and Internet technologies.
· Work with other software development and test engineers to deliver software releases on time with good quality.
· Support cloud management team to deploy new systems and resolve operation issues.
· Lead and mentor junior members.

· Work close with Cloud Mgt on system architect design and pilot deployment

· Know how : (education, etc)
a. Bachelor or above degree.
b. Strong facilitation skills, and creative problem solver.
c. Teamwork spirit, excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
d. Organized and strategic thinker and passion of innovation.
e. Enthusiastic, hard working and highly productive.
f. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
g. Demonstrated ability as a quick learner and team player with good communication skills and strong leadership.
h. Well presented and customer focused.

· Experience required :
a. 5+ years of full life-cycle software development project experience.
b. 3+ years of project experience in building complicated Internet applications, or SOA-based multi-tier enterprise applications.
c. 2+ years of project experience with Microsoft web technologies, including .Net Framework, C#, XML, WCF, WSSF, WIF, ASP, Web UI, JScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
d. 3+ years of project experience with OOAD and OOP.
e. 2+ years of project experience with RDBMS and SQL programming.
f. Understanding and experience with UML and design patterns.
g. Understanding and experience with xUnit test framework.
h. Understanding and experience in large scale system development and performance tuning is a strong plus.
i. Understanding and experience in NoSQL database is a strong plus.
j. Experience in mobile application development (based on iOS or Android) is a plus.
k. Understanding and experience of cloud computing technologies is a plus.
l. Experience with web UI design is a plus.

· Languages :
a. Fluent English skill, both in oral and written.
· Age requirement :
a. 28~35

· Desinated package:
Total 150~300 K RMB per Year, Details scheme will be addressed further
