职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Contribute the growth of ESH Specialty business by testing out product benefit, providing tech support, developing tech solutions, and solving tech challenges.
2. Work closely with sales and customers to identify the technical challenges that hinder the sales progress.
3. Work closely with Elkem Silicon Materials Global marketing and technical team to develop existing / new products products and applications
4. Conduct application tests of Elkem products in different industry recipes to demonstrate product value and develop tech solutions
5. Assist customers’ test, and work with customers to prove tech solutions
6. Ensure the customers to achieve the expected test results
7. Conduct CCV study (performance & value/cost study)
8. Summarize application experience, develop application manual that can give precise suggestions to the customers
9. Joint projects with tech institute and university
10. Strengthen Elkem’s influence and image being professional and leading the new technology.
11. Build up local technical capability to support business growth

Requirements &Qualifications:
1. Education Background: Master or PHD in Refractory or related
2. Skills ( Language/Computer): Fluent in English, skillful in lab application testing, willing to learn and extend to other business application
3. Personalities: diligent, steadfast, easy-going, team spirit, good communication
