Division: Infrastructure R&D

Description:

This position will be in charge of technical datas maintenance and technical development of FBX (standard offer) evolution projects including adaptation, quality, obsolescence, productivity types. And should have strong technical background on RMU (ring main unit) products.

Role:

Functionally report to technical section manager.

Responsibility:

1. To analyze the feasibility of product change request (PCR) from technical, quality, industrial, and marketing vision. Apply suggestions to BOC for next decision.

2. Active as technical role in product change execution (PCE). Ensure design quality, design for manufacturing and technical deliverables on time as schedule.

3. Has rich project management skill: schedule set up & follow up, cost control during design, resource balance, risk management and issue resolving.

4. Be familiar with =s= offer creation process and PIM tools and follow it.

5. To estimate global inquiry and make decision on impact on local offers.

6. To apply technical support to plant for quality issue resolving in mass production (Process: A class—TA decide; B class—TA suggest, CE decide; C class—CE give feedback in defined lead time.)

7. To maintenance technical databases as =s= rules.

8. To coach young members and share experiences in team.

Requirement:

1. Strong electrical and mechanical development background on MV (medium voltage) projects, especially on RMU (ring main unit);

2. Project object-orientation, has rich multi-projects management experience and quality sense;

3. Positive communication, creative and high teamwork spirit;

4. Fluent English: listening, speaking, reading and writing;

5. Good at Pro-E, preferred if familiar with digital simulation tools;

Preferred academic qualifications and background

1. Bachelor or above degree majored in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;

2. 7 years experience about medium voltage products, such as MV circuit-breaker, switchgear, equipment & system;

3. Solid working knowledge of product design, development, product industrialization processes and part producing process.
