PURPOSE OF THE JOB 设置此职位的目的
· A supervisory position of leadership development team in SLIC to ensure successful integration of all kinds of leadership training & development initiatives so that the management team can competently meet the business needs of the SE China.
· Developing the skills, improving the productivity as well as efficiency and loyalty of the employees towards the company.
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要岗位职责
· Planning, designing, directing and implement variety of training / development actions with the team aiming to develop the sustainable leadership pipeline in SE China align with company’s strategy , and also oversees the changes in the curriculum to adapt to biz. dynamic.
· Supervising the team for efficient programs management at current portfolio, be responsible for updating, execution and support of corporate leadership initiatives and programs target to different management levels, such as ONE leadership program, management trainee program, e-learning promotion and sharing, MBA program, and other leadership development initiatives aligned with business strategy & key priorities;
· Making progress in the theory of learning that provides the insights into the way people learning, and the way training can be planned & designed more effectiveness for leadership development. Manage the contents, instructional methods, delivery resources are not only current by also effective
· Collaborative working with L&D stakeholders as well as internal/external learning professionals to conduct needs analysis, communicating and reporting of progress.
· Drive blended learning approach & 3E methodology for responsible curriculum and programs;
· Providing performance mgt, coaching, development to the team to enable their competency at required level by organization.
· Delivery courses upon availability and expertise.
· Other projects assignments as needed.

· Work closely with HR opr. Team, BUHRs, BU heads & ine managers and all levels of employees to provide learning solutions as per BU needs
· Work closely with global and regional L&D teams to leverage resources and share best practices

· Work closely with external training providers to overall understanding the learning offerings, qualification of instructors, pricing level benchmark.
· Work with vendor for high quality design of curriculum
PROFILE REQUIREMENT 个人条件要求
· Has previous experiences in developing training /learning programs
· Strong analysis, problem-solving, facilitation skills that enable himself/herself to effectively plan, create and maintain efficient leadership development programs.
· Able to build up strong working relationship among internal/external individuals , biz. leaders with deep insight to business and leadership, influencing skill.
· Be creative and proactive, forward thinker in the dynamic business environment
· High integrity

Bachelor degree as a minimum, with MBA or master’s degree in Human Resources Management a plus

Above 8 years’ working experiences in HR/OD fields, with at least 5 years’ working experiences in training & development areas and solid leadership development experiences with MNCs
