Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
Analyse
Consult with course managers to understand their needs

Design
Develop video storyboards according to course managers' needs

Develop
- Shoot, edit and carry out post-production work on videos
- Create motion graphic design and visual
- Work collaboratively with LT2 members in elearning courseware video production and research of new development in the multimedia industry
- Coordinate and participate in a variety of complex, technical tasks related to the operation of audio and video equipment

Implement
Create the agreed output, e.g. DVDs, and produce and print disk covers

Others
- Coach fellow L&D team members to help them to excel and to further their professional development
- Provide expert opinions in audio and video production and coach them in using audio visual equipment


Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in graphic design, multimedia or related discipline


• Minimum 2 years shooting experience and using relevant software including After Effect, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, & Flash.


• Good understanding of sound technology and how to implement it across various platforms


• Sound knowledge with HTML and videos streaming


• Sound knowledge with different video formats optimised for web and other publication


• Sound knowledge in 3D modelling and animation is an advantage


• Creative minded with an ability to keep abreast of new developments in the multimedia industry


• A driven attitude to create original work


• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint); hands-on experience in Chinese word-processing is an advantage


• Good communication, problem solving, brainstorming and visual organization skills


• Team player


• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure


• Ability to work independently and effective multiple projects concurrently with minimum supervision


• Good command of English and Chinese


• Ability to speak Putonghua is a definite advantage
