Customer Service Representative, Greater China Distributors
Location: Shanghai Reports to: Manager, Customer Service
SUMMARY:
Provide operational support to the Greater China distributors
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
? Process floor set & replenish order and build/maintain strong relationships with FPs.
? Track order delivery and advice FPs of updated order status to ensure timely and sound order fulfillment.
? Follow up delivery issues and customer complaints timely to improve customer satisfaction by cross function communication.
? Process branch order and internal order such as sample, promo etc.
? Maintain customer master data in system and keep updated rightly and timely.
? Develop reporting for business requirements
? Continuously work with BRM team on SAP B1 enhancement
? Deal with other tasks assigned by team leader.
Technical Attributes of Ideal Candidate: include but are not limited to the following:
? Bachelor’s Degree
? 2+ years experience in customer service or sales supporting function in retail industry
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
? ERP knowledge, SAP experience is preferred.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Passionate, self-motivated, proactive.
? Well organized, detail oriented, performance driven & good in prioritization
? Root cause analysis and strong problem solving skills
? Good command in English
