Responsibilities:
- 负责政府招标网上进行的企业医疗耗材每日的在线采购、应标、沟通。定期更新政府招标网站上的企业产品编码。
- Be responsible for the daily online medical disposables purchase\respond\communication with government tendering website and system. Update and correct the product codes in the government tendering system.）
- 负责招投标信息的搜集，招投标相关的申请等工作;
- Be responsible for gathering the bidding information, bidding process application.
- 负责投标文件的分工、编制、排版、打印、装订等，按规定如期完成标书制作；
- Be responsible for Bidding documents sorting, compilation, layout, printing, bookbinding and related works, to make the bidding documents completed within prescribed deadline.
- 准备投标相关资质及项目授权书的申请及盖章等工作；
- Prepare and apply the stamping of the related bidding qualifications and authorization letters, etc.
- 与项目负责人及公司相关部门协调沟通投标文件编制过程中的问题，确保投标文件按时投递；
- Coordinate and communicate with project principal or related departments to solve the problem during documents preparation, ensure the timely delivery of bidding documents.
- 投标后续工作跟进，投标文件的管理归档、未中标原因分析、中标率统计等；
- Follow up with the tender processes and filing of bid documents, analyses the reason of bidding failure and statistics for the successful bid ratio.
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications:
Experience
- 1 year experience in Bidding in multinational medical device company and Familiar with the bidding process.
Education
- Bachelor degree in Medical Science, Pharmaceutical or other related major.
General Skills/Competencies/Specialized Knowledge
- Bi-lingual Mandarin and English required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other appropriate bid designing software.
- Strong attention to details.
- Be very honest, careful and responsible.
- Strong confidentiality consciousness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and copy writing skills.
- Task prioritization—has common sense and can apply it to management of projects.
- Problem solver—identifies problems and solves them proactively, be creative in thinking of alternate solutions to problems.
Travel
- Be able to travel up to 25% of the time in China, including Bidding follow-up, tenderer visit, bidding documents submission and industrial trainings.
- Typical work related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.
- Keep frequent face to face visit in tenderer and maintaining the relationship with tenderer.
- Overseas travel and training sessions are required.
