Essential Duties / Responsibilities
On-line lead generation through local online advertising
Targeted online direct marketing towards End-Users (e.g. WeChat, SMS campaigns) to grow patient share and recruit new/community patients to Coloplast
Online marketing activities i.e. Coloplast Care newsletters , general newsletters and other product communication
Optimizing searches, local click rates, lead to conversion rates and DtC Sales
Tracking and improving online ROI
Collaborate with Global Marketing’s web team on Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization
Co-Manage local content (together with Marketing, Consumer CARE team & Coloplast Corporate communications) on Coloplast branded sites
Potentially manage local end-User communities, networks and social media where relevant
Establish and manage ongoing effective internal communication (sales, marketing, RA, GA and Commercial teams) to ensure coherence in our approach to consumers (End-Users)
Ensure high marketing effectiveness and ROI on campaigns, leveraging on the expertise of the Business Insights team
This role will report to Regional Marketing Manager, Region Asia
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
4+ years experiences in Consumer Marketing with proven success in digital/online B2C marketing in Medical device/Pharma/FMCG/OTC/Airlines or related industries in a commercial role (responsible for marketing with specific commercial KPIs). Prior experience in online lead generation from previous positions and specifically with Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization is essential
Current role should be strong contributor a digital marketing team with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies
Ideal candidate is one whom is looking for a leadership role in digital marketing whom is interested and passionate about challenging oneself to setup a consumer marketing program from scratch that drives commercial success
Competencies – apart from global competencies
Proven track record of implementing successful digital marketing and consumer campaigns using multiple channels (direct marketing, medical marketing, telemarketing, web, social media etc.)
Strong process and numerical skills with an analytical approach to marketing and an ability to identify and act on trends and insights. Knowledge of segmentation driven by data mining.
An expert at managing multiple, complex projects across different stakeholders and moving these projects forward by getting timely consensus and/or differences resolved
Good communicator, willingness to share knowledge and able to get buy-in quickly
Independent thinker and a good team player, with abilities to convince stakeholders cross-functionally and change management. Able to work independently to achieve this.
Good English (Written and Spoken) is a must
