职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage MM Changsha logistics team with functions of Material & Production Planning, Customs Clearance, Warehousing and Transportation. Coordinate with other departments to solve all problems related to logistics;
2. Monitor production plan, Balance and track all the schedules from customers and forecast all the capability requirement , adjust and control production against real sales-capacity situation;
3. Monitor all operations in the plant, including guarantee the production in plant, fulfill customer orders, make management of suppliers, control inventory and warehouse operations, maintain MRP system etc.;
4. Develop and improve logistics procedures to optimize supply chain
5. Involved in set up of Mfg/Pro system in MMSH, bar-code lot tracking and related operation process, Manage package for new products;
6. lead and improve internal control
7. Analyze and manage inventory days of stock, stock accuracy, expense of all logistics operation, supplier service performance, customer satisfaction, logistics flow performance, making use of obsolete stock and scraps prevention & disposition.
8. Other works assigned by plant Leader.
1. University or above degree in Business or Engineering.

2. Over 5 years’ work experience in logistics and manufacturing field;

2. Good coordination and communication and time management skills;
3. Customer-oriented and self-motivated with aggressive personality;
