PURPOSE OF THE JOB 岗位目的
· KAM is responsible to build an efficient KA sales team, build and maintain the good relationship with KA’s C-level customers
· KAM is responsible to co-ordinate with all the internal and external resources and responsible for the overall output from the KA
· KAM is responsible to ensure ONE Schneider in front of KA and increase the KA’s satisfaction
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
· Understand the KA’s strategic objective
· Understand the direction of the KA’s CAPEX and OPEX
· SWOT analysis (KA’s pain-point is our opportunity)
· Responsible for Key account plan which set clear objective and cover all SE’s opportunity
· Follow all the KA’s key projects and manage the project pipeline inside bFO
· Discover new opportunity (products, solutions and services)
· Meet the annual margin target and annual sales target, maximize the profit through both direct and indirect sales.
· Increase SE market share in the KA
· Increase the KA satisfaction (NPS)
· Keep good relationship with KA decision maker (inc engineering and procurement) at both HQ level and key branch.
· Keep good relationship with KA’s business ecosystem, i.e, EPC, DI, SI, Distributor, PSB and so on.
· Monitor the competitors’ action and define the related action plan
Must to have 必要条件:
· Bachelor degree or above
· Sales background and 5+ years in the large account management
· Experience in sales team management or project management
· Excellent skills on communication, relationship building, coordination and problem-solving
· Autonomous, innovative, team work, outgoing personality and able to work under pressure
Nice to have: 理想条件:
· Degree in electrical engineering plus management or MBA
· Familiar with O&G customer (like CNPC)
· Strong at Marketing analysis and O&G segment marketing
· Fluent in English (both oral and written)
