职位描述：
Assist and support the compliance, legal, finance and business organization to drive Rockwell Automation’s Global Ethics and Compliance Program throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Responsibilities include:
? auditing and or verifying compliance with corporate compliance policies, processes and internal controls;
? implementing and developing regional-specific policies and processes (relying on corporate guidance and samples);
? developing region-specific channels to deliver compliance messages and training;
? supporting the business to comply with company policies and procedures, government regulations and regulatory agencies;
? promoting ethics and compliance program initiatives in the region; and
? Leading or assisting with compliance investigations in the region.

Reports to the Vice-President, Law and Chief Compliance Officer. However, in this capacity, the selected candidate will be expected to work closely with:
? business clients and leaders
? regional legal counsel
? regional finance teams
? internal auditors
? the Ombudsman
? other compliance specialists such as our EHS organization and our Global Trade Compliance organization

Preferred background and skills include:
? a background in finance, auditing, law or regulatory compliance;
? minimum 4-year degree from an accredited university program
? minimum 8 years of experience working in a corporate compliance role
? fluent in English and Mandarin
? excellent written and verbal communication skills
? ease with public speaking
? preferably prior experience working across cultures and within a matrix organization 举报 分享
