Purpose of this position

To provide business consulting approach at energy wide oriented, to adapt performance of the process and installation to customer site energetic requirements, to improve customer level of energy efficiency, availability, reliability, quality of the energy supply and usage in process and equipment range.

Responsibility

1) Support the sales force to develop the business in Iron and Steel industry

- Support sales force by providing qualification criteria to target the right customer for EE opportunity;

- Define action plans priority for “Energy Efficiency” business development on Iron and Steel segment in both process and equipment level;

- Develop new offer and solution in Iron and Steel segment to enlarge the EE business.

2) Support technically the Business Developers

- Provide site audit, and have the ability to make the energy efficiency report for customer to demonstrate the customer energy usage level and provide the energy saving proposal.

- Provide advice for the potential analysis and risks evaluation before bidding.

- Verify the “Energy Efficiency” technical offers to ensure the equipment and service meet both =S= contractual obligation, China standard and practices and are provided with high professional level.

- To discover potential energy efficiency solution provider in the marketing and enrich the EE solution package for customer

- To follow the government policy and take convenient for customer to their EE project.

3) Support technically the Execution engineers

- Provide technical support to projects execution engineers, to improve the knowledge / expertise level for higher efficiency and customer satisfaction;

- Control the quality of technical information and manage the knowledge transfer for “Energy Efficiency ” .

4) Knowledge management and share

- Manage “Energy Efficiency ” information data base;

- Adapt or build the local transfer knowledge tools (articles, presentations, training modules, best practice examples, application references)

- Organize and animate internal knowledge transfer sessions to raise ES team member expertise.

- With support of Schneider corporate, manage, adapt, optimize the Schneider users tools for Energy Efficiency activity (Specific software, supporting tools, forms and working instructions for execution engineers)

Requirement

- More than 10 years working experience in Iron and Steel making industry, good knowledge of full range of process of the industry;

- Good knowledge and experience of full range of Energy management, Energy Efficiency products, equipment and solutions.

- Excellent communication & coordination ability.

- Be familiar with Chinese rules (GB Standards, Design Institute, PSB)

- Personal flexibility and high work mobility.

- Age : 35 to 45 years

- Language : Mandarin & fluent English

- Computer: Specific Energy Efficiency software tools + standard office tools. (To be very familiar with computer environment)
