职位描述

Purpose of this position

His main subject is to provide a business consulting approach, energy wide oriented to adapt performance of the installation to customer site energetic requirements, to improve the energy efficiency, availability, reliability and quality of the equipments.

Responsibility

1) In charge of the energy efficiency assessment of

- Equipment like motors, pumps, fans, air compressors…

- Applications like boosting pump station, compress air system, ...

2) Works on the subjects around increasing the efficiency of these systems (optimization of the settings, modification of the functioning …)

3) In charge of making the pre-audit and audit at the customer site. He has to make the kick-off meeting animation, the interviews execution, the technical work during the audit and the report and presentation to the customer.

4) In charge of the relation with the customers at technical side, build the technical commercial offers (pull-through of the pre-audit and audit).


Technical competencies

1) Must have plenteous knowledge of the full range of process, energy efficiency products, equipment and solutions at least in one industry segment, such as Iron making, cement or chemical.

2) Must have competencies/skills on mechanical systems (Compressors, pumps, fans, chillers…) and be able to understand the functioning and to design solutions to improve these systems.

3) Must have competencies/skills on automatic control systems (PLC, VSD, DCS…) .

4) Has “Energy Efficiency” ideas and knows how to make savings and ROI calculation with support of the engineering team.


General competencies

1) Experimented, has good contact and high listening capacities.

2) Must have IT skills (word, excel and PowerPoint usage).

3) Should talked English to be able to follow expertise training and coaching path as behaviour training

4) Must have “behaviour” skills and consulting potential in order to build confidence, trust and intimacy with customer representatives.

Requirement

- More than 5 years working experience in heavy industry, and must working on mechanical equipments management, familiar with the testing and operating of the equipments.

- Excellent communication & coordination ability.

- Be familiar with Chinese rules (GB Standards, Design Institute, PSB) .

- Personal flexibility and high work mobility.

- Age : 30 to 45 years.

- Language : Mandarin & fluent English.

- Familiar with computer environment.


1 Electrical expert

1.1 Mission statement:

In this topic, this expert consultant is in charge of the assessment of :

- equipment like motors, speed-drives, lights, capacitor banks,…

- system like electrical network.

He works on the subjects around the electrical energy saving, the energy management (load shedding, peak shaving, reactive compensation, CHP…) and the optimization of the bills

He is in charge to make the pre-audit and audit at the customer site. He has to make the kick-off meeting animation, the interviews execution, the technical work during the audit and the report and presentation to the customer.

In charge of the relation with the customers in relation with the commercial team, he builds the technical commercial offers (pull-through of the pre-audit and audit).


He is full time dedicated to EEI business.


1.2 Technical competencies

The electrical expert consultant must have electrical knowledge/expertise on Schneider brands but also be informed on competitors brands. He must have electrical network competencies/skills


He must have IT (word, excel and powerpoint usage).

He knows how to make savings and ROI calculation with support of the engineering team.


He should have knowledge in local Schneider offer portfolio in term of maintenance and modernisation portfolio as well in monitoring. He must be also aware of global Services Offers.


1.3 General competencies

He is experimented, has good contact and high listening capacities.


Able to create a relation with technical trust : the customer will trust the affirmation : you’ll gain 7-10% energy costs without detailed explanation.


He should talked English to be able to follow expertise training and coaching path as behaviour training


He must have “behaviour” skills and consulting potential in order to build confidence, trust and intimacy with customers representatives.
