职位描述：
岗位职责：
Using strong Active Listening Skills of Cantonese, and solid knowledge and skills on Microsoft products/programs supported to provide Partner Technical Consultancy support, including the following activities as needed:
· Build and sustain strong technical relationships with Microsoft Partners as a trusted advisor
· Analyse and drive to root cause of a problem raised by Microsoft Partner; deliver solution guidance
· Handle presales/advisory emails (English) and posts (English and Traditional Chinese) in the online forum
· Handle presales/advisory phone based cases (Cantonese)
· Adherence to the Microsoft Business Code of Conduct in all customer interactions and interactions with Microsoft
· Strict adherence to data privacy guidelines – never putting customer PII at risk
任职要求：
Technical requirements:
Have at least one of the Technical knowledge of Microsoft products:
· Familiar with Microsoft O365 products or Exchange Server/SharePoint Server
· Familiar with Microsoft Azure product
 
Language Requirements:
· Cantonese – Native speaker or equivalent
