Job Description：
1. Communicate with end user about request of sourcing.
2. Prequalify potential suppliers.
3. Coordinate technical clarification between suppliers and technicians from end user.
4. Coordinate technician qualify tenders. Plant visit if needed.
5. Coordinate tender invitation.
6. Coordinate technical bidding analysis.
7. Implement price breakdown and commercial bidding analysis.
8. Coordinate technical and commercial clarification while tenders are in the process of design and quotation.
9. Familiar with the gaps between the GB code, PED, ASME, CE mark, EN standard.
10. Coordinate commercial contract between suppliers and end user.
11. Familiar with quality assurance.
12. Coordinate 3rd party inspection, and follow the 3rd party inspection report to technicians.
13. Coordinate down payment, progress payment and final payment.
14. Coordinate FAT.
15. Coordinate issue of acceptance of delivery.
16. Coordinate packing and delivery.
17. Document the procurement and wrap up.
18. Follow the feedback of procurement.
19. Document and share key learning
Requirements & Qualifications：
1. Education Background: Bachelor degree or above
2. Skills ( Language/Computer): Fluent English / Fluent office software
3. Working Experiences: No less than 5 years experience
4. Personalities: Smart, patient, consistent, diligent, good at communication, strict compliance of ethic standard.
