Key Areas of Responsibility

? Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively manage the project data and deliverables
? effectively communicate project expectations to oversea project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, e.g., Organize and attend PAC and other regular or ad hoc review meetings, summarize and communicate and meeting notes, decisions and action plan.
? Work as glove HFR interface, drive key NPIs and support VE/CE projects in AP for EMEA region. Set up clear project MOS, and governance rules to execute project.
? Active and close interaction with sourcing, marketing, Nantong manufactory site and business to drive key projects for EMEA in AP region.
? Develop product domain knowledge: knitting glove, knitting and dipped glove, chemical protective glove Fire Gear, Arc flash clothing, fire glove, fire footwear, cut & sew glover etc. Build up textile expertise in PPE industry, Build up product certification knowledge, specifically for glove, GB, EN, ASTM, ISO fire gear;
? Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Exhibits leadership qualities to define requirements for project risks, Possesses skills like organization, presentation and customer service skills. Oversees and directs the project engineering team and manages conflicts within the different groups.
? Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise new suppliers /contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their deliverables.
? Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Accurately report the status (resources, technical issues, Supplier capability) of assigned projects on all key metrics. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
? Estimate the budget, resources needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit Finance Analysis report, and budget proposals, recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Capability to analysis key Finance performance of the project like ROI, NPV, GM …
? Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Track project milestones and deliverables. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
? Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
? Work closely with ODM/OEM suppliers to provide high quality product to support EMEA and global US MKT
? Establish “buy and sell” project NPI process and continuous improvement in NPI processes and practices by close connection with PMO, global product mgr


Qualifications
? Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent, PMP certification is a plus
? More than 8 years’ experience in professional project management or supplier management.
? Textile or chemical related Project Management experience is preferred
? Proven track record in a ODM/OEM business model with extensive knowledge and capability to drive both internal and external functions and suppliers to achieve project goal.
? Be able to clearly identify, define, communicate, estimate and manage the project scope of complex multi-discipline engineering, procurement and construction projects.
? Be able to develop robust change management process, keeping customer informed of changes in a timely manner, using the entire project team to identify change, and leveraging changes to improve project margin (consistent with the contract).
? Be able to identify, mitigate and manage risks on multiple parties projects involve mfg sites in different countries.
? Understanding of business, technology and external environment.
? Domain knowledge in one or more key similar skill sets (Chemicals/Life sciences, Textile, Mechanical).
? Familiar with one or more mfg process (Tooling, Assessable, Textile)
? Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
? Supplier management skill and experience.
? Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated business sense.
? Good written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organization.
? Strong communication and leadership skills
? Be able to multitask and manage priorities
? Self-motivated, consistently takes the initiative to get things done
? Strong customer service sense
