Position Description:
1. Analyze cost variance between standard cost & actual cost; monitor end to end accounting flow.
2. Cost issue investigation and follow up; analyze cost variance fluctuation.
3. Provide professional accounting support to internal/external customers;
4. Prepare monthly BS accounts reconciliation; analyze aged items and work out solution;
5. Perform monthly closing of accounts with accurately and timely outputs;
6. Optimize accounting processes and practices and ensure compliance with legal requirements and accounting standards.

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance / Accounting or relevant discipline;
2. Good accounting sense, analysis ability, at least 3 years' working experience, cost related experience is plus;
3. Familiar with accounting regulations and accounting practices;
4. Team work, passion, self-motivation, positive attitude and can drive result under pressure;
5. Good communication, ability to build trust and gain support from across organizations;
6. Good at written and spoken English;
7. Good computer skills, and preferably has experience with a SAP system will be a plus.
