1.电源产品（网络通信电源、医疗电源、充电电源、LED驱动电源）相关技术研发；
2.熟悉电力电子线路及大功率半导体器件，基于DSP控制的调试；
3.研发专案规划执行:与合作部门沟通、协调、及时调整目标和进度；
4.解决技术问题、应用新技术、达成专案目标。
5.按照设计流程完成产品设计并导入生产。
职位要求：
1. 电子设计课长岗，电力电子及电力传动专业、硕士及以上学历；
2. 3-5年及以上电源研发或设计经验；
3.扎实的电力电子技术基础和较强的动手能力；
4. 具领导力、开创力、善于表达、团队合作性强。
