一、岗位职责：
1、 负责ReFa品牌在南京、安徽丝芙兰店铺的培训工作；
2、 帮助店铺BA熟悉品牌文化、产品知识、销售技巧及体验手法，提升品牌形象；
3、 负责每月反馈店铺的培训及相关销售情况；
4、 协助上海总部关于店铺培训之外的其他活动，如美丽课堂、堂训等。
二、工作要求：
1、有化妆品行业督导经验优先；
2、热爱美丽事业，易接受新鲜事物，有一定的时尚敏锐感；
3、为人诚实，工作态度踏实认真；
4、常驻南京。
三、工作时间：
做5休2
四、薪资待遇：
4000底薪+销售提成＋各种补助（根据候选人具体情况而定）
