职位描述
1. Position: Senior .QA
a. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
b. Unix scripting expertise.
c. Java code - able to read.
Other languages a plus.
Development background welcome.
d. Can work on L3 support and fix issues, have L3 production support experience
is a plus.
e. Understand release process, experience or be familiar with hermes script will
be great.
f. SQL - able to write basic queries
g. Architecture
a. Concepts of JDBC, JMS, HTTP etc
b. Understanding of physical architecture - storage, CPU (able to read top output), etc
h. Be familiar with QA tools, e.g. jMeter , JUNIT and so on
i. Whatever skills are required to work with large XML and text files
j. DBA and SA expertise a plus
k. Clearly needs to be able to work flexible hours, e.g. swap weekends for week days etc
This position is for both Senior QA and L3 support, so he must have the capability on Java development, otherwise he may not fix issues when needs.
2.Position: Jr. Tester/QA
. Strong quality assurance background, to include manual and automated Software testing.
. 3 plus years of experience in software testing, including planning,Scripting and execution (Around 3 years working experience)
. Strong QA, testing experience and testing methodologies
. Creating and documenting test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
. Experienced building automated test scripts with tools like (QTP) Quick Test Pro
. Expertise in Quality Center
. knowledge of SQL to create , manipulate and retrieve test data.
. Experienced of software development life cycle concepts
3. Position: SQA (Software Quality Assurance) Engineer
Responsibilities:
. Work with oversea SQA team to develop the mutual SQA plan which include SQA scope identification, effort estimation,
task assignment and activity scheduling
. Conduct all the SQA activities in the full project lifecycle, and generate the audit / review result
. Communicate PM and other stakeholders for the SQA activity status, and provide consultancy for any SQA related queries
. Help delivery teams to plan / perform the CA / PA (Corrective Actions / Preventive Actions) based non-conformances found by SQA team,and ensure all the gaps to be closed on time
. Involved into the organizational measurement process which include define KPIs for delivery process, collect data, conduct analysis and generate report
. Advice and support to the project management and specific departments
. Support to process improvement of the software delivery and customer support
Requirements:
. BS or above degree on Computer Science or relevant majors
. Minimum 3 years work experience in IT industry which include at least 1 year experience on SQA or Project Management
. Full understanding of SQA process
. Be aware of the software development lifecycle models, such as Waterfall, Incremental, RUP and Agile
. Be aware of at least 1 Quality Management standard like CMM / CMMI or ISO 9001
. Experience on project management tool will be a plus, like MS Project
. Software Development / Testing experience will be a plus
. Fluent English communication in oral and writing
. Good computer skills, effectively use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
. Basic knowledge in problem solving
