Job Purpose
? Lead the formulation and execution Channel Strategies in FR Management as part of the strategic annual operation plan
? Manage FR Performance, develop FR Relationship, generate FR growth plan to drive productivity
? Seed and weed key FR align with the channel strategies, groom FR to be self-sufficient

Key Responsibilities
? Understand the national trade environment and long term business strategies for China to align business strategies for execution to deliver results.
? Formulate well-grounded channel strategy with
a) the optimal number of doors and location
b) the split between O&O and franchised store
c) the key partners department store, franchisees existing and potential that is consistent with and supporting the overall business plans
? Maintain the distribution channel to achieve the no. of doors, revenue, sell-through and retail KPIs, maintain / enhance FR’s Retail Operation Performance.
? Do top-level negotiations with dept store/malls on operations issues (crazy sales, DP points, event sales) to drive productivity
.
? Maintain and further strengthen external business partnerships - including franchisees, department stores, estate agents, government authorities; to note and act on the business opportunities as well as maintaining work processes that are efficient and effective leading to external and internal compliance requirement.
? Maintain and develop sub-franchisee channels
? Lead and manage the local sales employees to achieve business objectives and other operational standards/requirements, to build a team of high performance staff with aligned direction, capabilities and good performance.
? Partner with all the functional heads (SMT) to enforce teamwork across functions to build high performing team with required capability, aligned direction and shared culture of the LS&CO Way.
