职位描述：
o Implementation of Standard Support Services
o Incident Management
o Incident Analysis and - solution
o Filter checks
o Enforcement of manual data corrections
o Deployment of scripts for data correction
o Realization of Standard Services
o Unscheduled special activity mass-data administration, correction scripts

Skills:

o Analytical reasoning and problem solving skills is a must
o Good social skills, willing to make contact is a plus
o Team player – can easily integrate and work in teams is a must
o Communication skills. Ability to work in a multicultural environment is a must
o Customer oriented (the candidate should understand the customer and his needs) is a must
o Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, to commute on tasks is a plus.
o Self-motivation for achieving professional results is a plus
o Expresses clearly and makes a clear point when speaking is important.
o Previous experience in support is a plus

Knowledge:

o Fluency in English is a must
o Oracle PL/SQL Knowledge is a must at an intermediate level
o University degree in the field of Information Technology is a plus
o Oracle Developer Suite (Forms& Reports) to a basic - intermediate level
o C, C++ knowledge is a plus
o Development tools (SQL Navigator, PL/SQL Developer etc.) is a plus
o Source management tool (Dimensions, PVCS) is a plus
