Job Summary and Mission
This job contributes to Starbucks success by providing continuous support in the troubleshooting of existed HRIS platinum (Platinum, WFM), and new HRIS implementation, meanwhile the job will take responsibilities in reviewing HRIS data and cleaning up issued records. In the long term, we respect the job owner could also perform HRIS training to end users, update the HRIS user manual, and involve the design of HRIS support process with vendor and IT department, and transform the job core value from routine maintenance area to the change management area.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Act as a key supporter to provide routine maintenance support, including:
? Create end user’s account;
? Adjust security setting based on biz demand;
? Restore locked account and password;
? Collect bugs from end users;
? Track the troubleshooting progress for reported system bugs;
? Provide coordination among end users, IT and system vendors
- Act as a key auditor to track partner master data, including:
? Update PRO core data in HRIS system, e.g. department, position, pay grade, public holiday schedule;
? Evaluate the quality of Partner Master Data and track data correction progress;
? Work with IT to track and manage data integration issues;
? Keep connection with Global Partner Data team to support smooth integration between China Local HR systems and Global systems;
? Provide user manual or training guide for the change of data maintenance rule
- Act as a key advisor to support system change, including:
? Gather new system change’s demand from end users;
? Evaluate solution of system change with IT and system vendors;
? Participate UAT test before deployment;
? Provide communication with end users for the deployment of new enhancement;
? Organize system training to end users;
? Prime the upgrade of HRIS manual and related support document
- Act as a key consultant to support system-oriented process change, including:
? Optimize Partner Master Data maintenance process based on the functionality in new HRIS – SuccessFactors
? Build up Partner Coupon management process based on new Partner eCoupon system
? Set up SC Partner Leave & OT management process based on new SC Leave & OT system
? Enhance Store Absence & Leave management process based on the functionality in WFM or future Successor system
- Participate new HRIS implementation – SuccessFactors, and provide necessary support in:
? Review the functionality in new system and related workflow
? Review partner master data maintenance process
? Support data cleanup and migration
? Attend System Administration Training
? Attend System and UAT test
? Provide training to end users
- Review and optimize system support process within help from IT, system vendor and else PRO SSC teams;
- Lead small HR system’s implementation and related process change;
- Manage system change related budget control and payment within help of PRO SSC Head

Summary of Experience
-? Experience with SC Employee administration process, e.g. onboard, separation, transfer, promotion, contract renew;
-? Experience with Retail Employee administration process;
-? Experience with Absence & OT administration process;
-? Experience with Applicant Tracking process, e.g. job posting, sourcing, interview management, onboard;
-? Experience with Payroll related process, e.g. IIT calculation, severance payment calculation, payment;
-? Experience with the applicable HRIS business system(s) implementation or maintenance;
-? Experience with business processes’ optimization;
-? Experience as internal HRIS support to be familiarized with HR processes, HRIS maintenance, and related data’s standardization and cleanup;
-? Experience as project coordinator in large scale HRIS projects;
-? Experience with project management methodologies and tools

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Negotiation skills;
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in HR system and process’s development, and information management;
- Knowledge of HR process improvement, business process re-engineering and quality control methods;
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Project;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, from initial justification through implementation and evaluation;
