岗位职责
1.执行中心管理制度与规范。
Execute the management system of Call Center Department.
2.对坐席工作现场进行指导,并协助处理各类疑难案件。
Give the guidance of the operators' work, and help the operator to handle some complicated cases.
3.对新进的组员进行在线带训,并递交带训报告给培训师。
On-line coaching for the new operators, and report the training specialist the training result.
4. 监督所属团队坐席的日常工作,保证部门内部各项流程正常运作。
Monitor the daily work of group operators, ensure the standard completment of all the working process in call center.
5.在业务繁忙季节,协助坐席处理各类呼入呼出案件,保证各类案件的在线操作符合公司制定的相关标准
Assist agent to handle incoming and outgoing calls in a prompt and courteous manner on line with company standards in the service busy seasons.
6. 完成上级交代的其他任务。
Achieve other tasks delegated by Call Center Manager.
任职要求
1. 大专以上学历,两年以上客服工作经验。
College degree, over 2 years experience in CSR.
2. 流利地中英文听、说、读、写能力。
Fluency in written and oral English.
3. 熟练使用Office软件:Word,Excel,PPT,Visio。
Excellent for office software usage, eg: Word, Excel, PPT, Visio.
4. 熟悉呼叫中心相关管理软件的使用,Nortel或Avaya等。
Familiar with the application of call center management tool, eg:Nortel, Avaya.
5. 擅长领导以及人员管理技巧,能构建良好团队,善于与各阶层、各部门做有效人际沟通。
Excellent for team management, and effective communication with different departments and levels of people.
6. 个性开朗,有团队协作精神,执行力强。
Out-going, excellent for team work, strong exicution.
