职位描述：
1. Order Management
？ Provides feedback to business managers on new orders and production of new items
？ Works closely with Production Planner to ensure all orders are in process and can meet desired delivery dates
？ Reviews status of orders in SAP to ensure proper set up and timely resolutions of issues related to orders (i.e., credit hold, pricing issues)
？ Communicates status of orders to Global Shared Service team and Business Managers
？ Defines and takes ownership over KPIs to ensure orders are processed and shipped timely
？ Maximize duty free savings through rigorous monthly, quarterly and yearly reconciliation of import vs. export materials.


2. Export Process
？ Leads projects to reduce the lead time from Order to Delivery. Works closely with Zhoukou and Yudong plant to reduce the time from production completion to shipment.
？ Identifies lowest cost freight forwarders for shipping lines.
？ Manages relations with freight forwarders and warehouses used for shipping.
？ Provides supervision over all external warehouses used for processing export shipments
？ Prepare all the documents which related to export.
？ Support Hennan local colleague’s to get CIQ (Health cert.) certificate.
？ Serves as Golden Hershey’s key relationship with CIQ related to exports
？ Develop the capability of the Export process with tools and systems leveraging Global International Logistics.
？ Continue to support JV export in whole 2017, handle order management, prepare documents, well communicate with JV and each overseas contractor.
Import Process
？ Manage import business of GM’S raw materials, packaging, equipment, Samples, etc.
？ Coordination with Broker, Freight forward and HSY Transportation team, purchasing and Planners (for incoming POs transportation, etc.) to ensure import can be smoothly processed
？ Set up all import process for new product, support product launch
？ Manage import agency to clear customs and delivery on time

3. Trade Compliance
？ Supervises effort to prepare documents needed for Customs Clearance
？ Works with Global Shared Service team to ensure Customs documents are delivered timely
？ Serves as Golden Hershey’s key relationship with CCPIT
？ Maintain good relationship with Henan Luohe CIQ and Shanghai Jinshan CIQ

4. Communication
？ Responds to and proactively ensures that issues related to export orders are communicated timely
？ Answers all inquiries from Golden Hershey teammates related to shipments from China

Education: Education: Bachelor or above degree in International Trade, supply chain management or legal
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing import and export from China.
