职位描述：
关键职责：
· 协助质检经理收集质量数据，分析原因，制定改进行动计划，并按照质量改进计划协调相关部门完成质量改进。
· 协助质检经理完成QMS和EMS的新标准换版工作并推动运行。
· 协助处理客户投诉。
· 根据需要的其他工作安排。
岗位要求：
教育背景及专业知识
 
大学本科或以上学历，质量管理专业
相关经验
5年以上相关工作经历，至少组织领导完成过3个质量改进项目，擅长质量管理技术及工具，参与过QMS及EMS的体系建立及运行。
语言能力
基础英语：读、写和说。
优秀的英文表达能力。
英文流利者优先。
其他要求
优秀的沟通能力及团队协作能力

Key Responsibilities：
· To assist QCM collect and analysis the quality data , analysis root cause for each concern, develop permanent corrective action plans .and organize related department to do the quality improvement according to the improvement plan;
· To assist QCM to do the changing of QMS and EMS according to the new standard ;;
· To assist QCM to deal with the customer complain;
· Other assignments as required.
Position Qualification Requirement：
Education & Professional Background
Junior college or above, better QA/QC engineering course;
Relevant Experience
More than 5 years of relevant experience , leading at least 3 quality improvement projects; good at the technique of quality management; take part in the setting and running of QMS and EMS;
Language Skills
Basic English: read, write and speak (be able to participate English conference call)
Fluent in both oral & written English
Excellent in both oral & written English
