岗位要求：

1.硕士以上学历，从事制药工程，生物制药等相关专业；对药典有良好的理解应用，在制药公司有丰富的药物研发经验或项目经验的优先考虑。

2.具备市场敏感度，能够为所支持的产品进行市场推广，发掘潜在客户

3. 能够适应短期出差工作

4.英语CETS 6级以上，读写熟练

5. 善于与人沟通，能够及时对销售进行技术支持，解答客户问题

工作职责：

1.为用户提供仪器、配套软件的培训。确保客户能熟练的使用和操作产品。

2.提供电话或现场技术支持，对设备、软件的使用和维护提供技术支持，协助客户优化产品应用。能够进行基本的设备故障修理和设备维护。提供后续的跟进和产品支持，以确保客户满意程度。

3.为客户提供技术介绍，组织、参与研讨会和交流会。进行样品测试，包括样品测试，调整，优化，或制定符合客户要求的协议。

4. 在系统安装、客户培训、产品交流会和行业展会等活动中积极寻求采购意向，并在关键客户中推动产品销售。

5.与产品管理团队和市场营销团队进行市场开发和过程开发，撰写和产品手册、应用说明书。收集客户需求信息、市场改进建议、拓展新客户、增加产品竞争力。

Field Application Scientist/ Engineer-Pharmaceutical Industry

We require passionate technology advocate to join our team to contribute the promising extensive application knowledge and pharmaceutical related regulations and accreditation to assist the development of industry.

Education
PhD or research master degree holder in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Bio Pharmaceutical or related technical discipline; in addition has experience on working or joining projects of R&D of pharmaceutical companies is preferred.

Essential Duties and Job Functions

Process Development and Consultation
Be responsible for understanding and communicating with customers on process improvement, quality control testing, technology development needs in order to assist the customers with optimizing applications, including process development design by using our Pharma related equipment or most suitable type of equipments on the market. This includes on-site application and customer service support.

Training on Regulation Pharmaceutical Industry
Be sensitive towards regulation or rules updates on related market in home and abroad especially drug consistency evaluation & FDA certification process and make it into solutions towards customers. Train product team to be familiar with all those solutions and help product team & sales team to promote on the market.

Sales Support
Give technical presentations for customers, including seminars and workshops. Conduct sample testing demonstrations including sample testing, and adapt, optimize, or develop protocols to meet customer requirements. Participate in trade shows as needed. Generate and qualify new sales prospects.

Service and Process Consultation Service Sales
Actively seek out service contracts or process consultation service sales opportunities during system installations, customer trainings, trade shows and conferences, and drive service sales in key accounts.

Business Development and Marketing Support
Make suggestion according to market hotpot & current product situation of new distribution opportunities. Interface with Product Management Team and Marketing Team in market and process development and the translation, writing and review of technical manuals, application notes and scientific publications. Gather information about customer needs, suggestions for market improvements, new customer group ideas, user issues, and competitive activities for use by Management team.
